In general, redemption often comes with a redemption form/slip with a section indicating the documents required.
Generally, you may need the following:
- Redemption Form.
- Proof of Purchase or Invoice/Receipt.
- Cut-out of serial number barcode.
- Authorization letter duly signed by purchaser (if redemption claimant is different from purchaser indicated in the invoice.
