1. Redeem an OTO Vabot with a minimum net purchase of S$380 worth of participating Similac products described below in a single receipt issued by participating outlets.
2. Participating Similac products: Similac 5MO Gain Stage 3 (850g, 1.8kg, 1.8kg + 850g value pack, 1.8kg x2 twin pack), Similac 5MO Gain Kid Stage 4 (850g, 1.8kg, 1.8kg + 850g value pack, 1.8kg x2 twin pack), Similac Total Comfort Stage 3 (820g, 820g x2 twin pack), Similac Organic Stage 3 (900g), Isomil Stage 3 (850g, 850g x2 twin pack), Similac Mum Vanilla (900g), and Similac Mum Strawberry (400g).
3. Similac Stage 1 and Stage 2 infant formula are excluded from this promotion.
4. Promotion is only valid for purchases made from Cold Storage, FairPrice stores (FairPrice, FairPrice Xtra, FairPrice Finest), Giant, Guardian, Sheng Siong, and Watsons physical stores in Singapore.
5. Purchase of Similac products must be made within the promotion period from 1 July to 31 August 2023 (both dates inclusive) from participating outlets.
6. Only one gift redemption is allowed per qualifying receipt. Combination of receipts is not allowed. There is no limit on the number of gift redemptions per household.
7. All submissions for gift redemption must be submitted by 3 September 2023, 2359 hours to be eligible. Submissions are to be made online via a QR code at www.abbott-redemption.com/similac. Only clear and complete receipt scans will be accepted and eligible for the gift redemption. Submissions with unclear or incomplete receipt scans will be disqualified. Late, illegible, or tampered submissions will also be disqualified. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt.
8. Upon successful verification of the submission, a redemption letter will be issued to the email address provided. All gift redemptions must be made at Letrain Redemption Centre by latest 24 September 2023 at 2 Havelock Road, #03-03 Havelock II, Singapore 059763.
9. Redemption letter and original copy of the qualifying receipt must be presented upon gift redemption.
10. Gift redemption will be on a first come, first serve basis, while stocks last.
