Terms and Conditions.

  1. Promotion period from 22 Nov 2021 to 26 Dec 2021.
  2. Contest applicable to purchase of Nutella Jar (NT350, NT680, NT900) distributed only by Ferrero Asia Pacific Pte Ltd, in a single receipt issued by Giant Hypermart, Cold Storage in Singapore during the stated promotion period.
  3. Each Whatsapp submission with a valid purchase receipt within the promotion period will be entitled to only 1 lucky draw chance. Repeated and duplicated receipts will be rejected. Winner will be notified via phone.
  4. Receipt must be dated between 22 Nov 2021 to 26 Dec 2021. Last date of submission will be on 26 Dec 2021, 2359hrs.
  5. Prize per winner: $100 Dairy Farm Voucher.
  6. Prizes are non-transferable, refundable, or exchangeable for cash. Ferrero reserves the right to substitute reward(s) with others of similar value at its discretion or terminate this promotion without prior notice.
  7. Participants below 18 years must seek parental consent before participation. By participating in this lucky draw promotion, it is deemed and Ferrero Asia Pacific Pte Ltd (Ferrero) and Letrain Events and Marketing Pte Ltd (Letrain) shall assume that all entries received from participants below 18 years old are submitted with parental consent.
  8. All winners will be notified via WhatsApp (at the number that the Whatsapp submission was made through) to redeem their prizes from 3 Jan 2022 to 22 Jan 2022.
  9. Winner must present original receipt with matching winning receipt number in their WhatsApp submission to redeem their prize from Letrain Redemption Centre, failing which Ferrero and Letrain reserve the right to reject the winner and no prize will be given.
  10. Prizes may be collected by the winner or any other person authorized by the winner in writing. A copy of the winner’s NRIC, winner’s Redemption Code and original receipt must be presented during prize collection.

  12. Redemption Hours: Mon to Sat 11.30am to 7.30pm. Closed on Sun and PH.

  14. Without any liability on the part of Ferrero and Letrain, any valid identified winners’ prizes unclaimed by 31 Jan 2022 will be donated to any charitable organization as determined by Ferrero. Any winner whose prize has been forfeited shall not be entitled to any compensation not withstanding non-receipt by him/her of any notification.
  15. Ferrero’s decision on all matters relating to the contest and promotion shall be final and binding. Except for the notifications to the relevant winner(s), Ferrero shall not be obliged to enter any correspondence concerning the Redemption Promotion.
  16. Ferrero and Letrain reserve the right to modify, suspend or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice in the event that it becomes not capable of running as planned.
  17. This promotion is open to all except staff and immediate family members of Ferrero and their advertising/ promotion agencies.
  18. The value of the reward is accurate as at the date of printing. Ferrero is not responsible for any variation to that price after this date.
  19. Ferrero and Letrain will collect each participant’s personal information for the purpose of administering the promotion, notifying, and verifying successful participants. Personal information may be disclosed to our trusted third parties in administration of this promotion on behalf of Ferrero and/or Letrain. By participating in this lucky draw promotion, participants are deemed to have consented to the collection, use and/or disclose of their personal information for the aforementioned purposes.
  20. In the event where required information has not been provided by the Winner(s), and Ferrero and/or Letrain is unable to contact, notify and/or verify your particulars, said Winner(s) will be disqualified from promotion and prizes forfeited.
  21. By participating in this contest, you are agreeable to be contacted by Ferrero and/or Letrain via phone, SMS and/or email, where applicable.
