1. The promotion period is from 28 Aug to 24 Sep 2024.
2. Promotion is valid on purchase of min $5 worth of Magnolia Hershey’s Ice Cream at 7-Eleven outlets in Singapore.
3. Entries must be submitted via online submission on official submission portal https://www.magnolia-contest.com/hershey. All other methods of submission will not be accepted.
4. Participants below 18 years must seek parental consent before participation. F&N CREAMERIES (S) PTE LTD and Letrain Events And Marketing Pte Ltd shall assume that all entries received from participants below 18 years old are submitted with parental consent.
5. Only receipts with valid product(s) purchase dated from 28 Aug to 24 Sep 2024 will be accepted.
6. Each valid receipt entitles the participant to 1 entry to “Magnolia Hershey’s Ice Cream 7-Eleven Lucky Draw Campaign 2024” and 1 chance of winning in the lucky draw prize.
7. All entries must be received before the closing date 24 Sep 2024 2359hrs. All entries regardless of date of purchase submitted after closing will be deemed invalid and do not qualify for the promotion.
8. There will be a total of 10 winners in The Draw.
9. The Draw will be conducted on 25 Sep 2024 @ 2pm by Letrain Redemption Centre at 2 Havelock Road, #03-03 Havelock 2, Singapore 059763.
10.Winners will be notified via the phone and will be presented with a redemption letter for self-collection of the prize letter.
11. The receipt containing purchase of participating product(s) must be presented upon collection of the prize letter.
12.Winning entry is subjected to validation of purchase from 7-Eleven outlets in Singapore.

14.Each winner will receive the exclusive Magnolia Hershey’s Ice Cream gift bundle worth $258 each.
15.Each bundle consist of 1 pair of Universal Studio Singapore One-day Ticket, Magnolia Cooler Bag, Magnolia Reversible Bucket Hat, Hershey’s Bear, Hershey’s Umbrella and 24 x Hershey’s Milk Chocolate bar 40g.
16. The prize is strictly non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, in part or full. No transfer of prizes will be allowed.
17. The Organiser accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize. It is a condition of accepting a prize that the winner accepts all conditions of use of the prize.

19. The original prize letter must be presented upon reservation for verification; the Organiser and its vendors are not obliged to replace this prize letter if it has been lost, stolen, or whatever reason.
20. The prize(s) must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated. Prizes are not exchangeable or
redeemable for cash or other goods or services.
21.If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, the Organiser, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
22. This promotion is open to all living in Singapore, except employees of F&N FOODS PTE LTD, F&N CREAMERIES (S) PTE LTD, and F&N INTERFLAVINE PTE LTD, promotion retailers and partners, appointed advertising agencies for this promotion, affiliates and their immediate family members.
23. The Organiser reserves the right to verify the validity of qualified entries. Failure or delay by the Organiser to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
24.If a potential winner cannot be contacted within 3 days of first attempt, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected.
25.Prize may not be redeemed by any person other than the prize winner unless with prior arrangement with the organiser. Any prize(s) won and not claimed by a stated date will be forfeited.
26.Neither the organiser nor its affiliates or subsidiaries will be responsible for any loss, liability or damage arising out of the customer’s acceptance or use of prize(s).
