Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions shall apply to the F&N 7-Eleven “Chill with F&N and Win Lazarus Staycation Lucky Draw” promotion (“the Promotion”).
The Promotion comprises of a Lucky Draw (“the mechanic”), where participants must purchase 2 bottles of 100PLUS, F&N, Seasons, Cocolife and stand a chance to win Lazarus Staycation (“the Prize”).
Please read the terms carefully if you are interested in participating.
1. ELIGIBILITY
1.1 The Promotion is open to all residing in Singapore
1.2 Employees (and their immediate families) of F&N Interflavine Pte Ltd (“the Company”), F&N Foods Pte Ltd, their advertising and design agencies, distributors and promotional partners are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
2. DETAILS OF THE PROMOTION:
2.1 The qualifying period of the Promotion is 8th May to 4th June 2024.
2.2 Ways to Participate in the Promotion
Purchase 2 bottles of 100PLUS, F&N, Seasons, Cocolife from participating 7-Eleven outlets, and submit entry to https://www.fnn-rewards.com/chillout
Original receipt of the purchase must be retained for proof, with a copy or photo sent via online form for participation.
Closing Date of Promotion
The draw date for the prizes will be 5th June 2024.
All entries must be submitted by 4th June 2024 at 2359hrs.
2.3 Draw will be conducted at 2pm on 5th June 2024 at Letrain Redemption Centre, 2 Havelock Road, #03-03 Havelock 2, Singapore 059763.
2.4 Winner will be announced on https://www.letrain.com.sg/redemptioncentre/#promotions within 7 working days from the draw date.

3. ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS REGARDING THE ENTIRE PROMOTION
3.1 The Company reserves the right to refuse redemption for any ineligible, excluded or disqualified receipts.
3.2 Personal data of Participants will be collected as the company deems fit. The company shall reserve right to utilize the names and particulars of the participants for its own internal usage.
3.3 The Company’s decision on all matters relating to the redemption process shall be final and binding. The Company shall not be obliged to enter into any correspondence concerning the Promotion.
3.4 The Company reserves the right to disclose, publish and/or use the name and any other particulars of the Participants (including any still photography or videography or recordings in other media/formats of the Winner’s appearance, likeness, poses, voice or statements) for promotional, publicity and other purposes in connection with the Promotion as the Company deems fit. Each Participant irrevocably and unconditionally consents to such disclosure, publication and/or usage, and agrees to co-operate with the Company and participate in the activities organized by the Company for aforesaid purposes.
3.5 The Company reserves the right to withdraw, discontinue or terminate the Promotion at any time at its absolute discretion, without notice or liability to any person.
3.6 The Company, its related corporations and/or employees shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising in connection with the Promotion, including without limitation, any illegible entry forms, error in computing, any computer system or equipment breakdown, electronic malfunction or any notice which is misdirected or lost in the post.
3.7 The Company reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to exclude/disqualify any person from participating in the Lucky Draw Promotion without any obligation to furnish any notice and/or reason.
3.8 The Company reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions as it deems fit.
4. PRIZES
4.1 Details of the prize are as follows:

4.2 All redeemed Prizes are non-transferable, not exchangeable for cash, credit or any other item and shall be subject to such terms and conditions which the Company and/or the relevant vendor, merchant or supplier of the goods or services may at its/their sole and absolute discretion impose. The Winner agrees to abide by those terms and conditions.
4.3 The Company may, in its sole and absolute discretion, vary, modify, exchange or substitute any Prize or any term or particulars of any Prize (including brand, type, model, flights, accommodation and duration) without liability to furnish any reason and/or notice to any person.
4.4 The Company and/or the relevant vendor, merchant or supplier of the goods or services shall determine the color, style, any fittings, fixtures, packaging, accessories and/or form of the Prizes, as appropriate. The Winner shall accept the Prize “as is” and the Company shall be under no obligation to entertain any request by the Winner to change any aspect of the Prize. The Company makes no representation or warranty whatsoever as to the quality or fitness for purpose or any other implied terms and conditions with respect to the Prize awarded in the Promotion, and the Company shall not be held liable for any loss, cost or damage to any person resulting or arising from any Lucky Draw Prize or the use of it.
4.5 Receipt of the proof of purchase will need to be presented when claiming the prize.
4.6 Date of Staycation is fixed and not exchangeable, winners will be informed on details.

4.8 Ready to eat meals are not included.
4.9 Prizes that are not redeemable for any discounts and other promotional events.
5. AMENDMENTS
The Company reserves the right to vary, delete or add to these terms and conditions at any time in its absolute discretion without notice or liability to the participants of the Promotion or any other person.
6. DECISION OF COMPANY IS FINAL
The Company’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion or the interpretation or implementation of these terms and conditions and the selection of Winners shall be final and binding on all participants. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
7. THIRD PARTY RIGHTS
A person who is not a Participant or a party to the Promotion has no right to enforce any provision of these terms and conditions.
8. GOVERNING LAW
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore.
