- This Promotion starts on 01 June 2023 and on 31 December 2023 (“Promotion Period”).
- Any entries with purchases made outside of the Promotion Period shall be automatically disqualified from participation.
- This promotion is valid for purchase of any F&N products from the following participating brands (100PLUS, COCOLIFE, FARMHOUSE, F&N, FRUIT TREE, FRUIT TREE FRESH, ICE MOUNTAIN, KING’S MAGNOLIA, NUTRISOY, NUTRIWELL, OMILK, SEASONS and VITAPLUS).

- Shoppers purchasing $1 of F&N participating products at participating retailers may earn 1 F&N Enjoyment Point. Shoppers need to log on to F&N 140 Years Anniversary NCP website (www.140anniversarypromotion.fnnfoods.com) and register as a member, upload the receipts to earn the F&N enjoyment points. Once the points are accumulated, shoppers can choose to redeem the following premiums: COCOLIFE TRAVEL KIT ($38 purchase), 1 carton of 100PLUS ORIGINAL 24 x 325ML ($68 purchase), 1 carton of MAGNOLIA UHT MILK 12 x 1L ($98 purchase), 1 carton of MAGNOLIA HIGH PROTEIN MILK 12 x 375ML ($128 purchase), 20-INCH CABIN LUGGAGE ($168 purchase) or BRUNO HOTPLATE ($268 purchase).
- Only receipts dated from 1st June 2023 to 31st December 2023 will be accepted.
- All entries must be received before the closing date of 7th January 2024. All entries, regardless of the date of purchase submitted after the closing date will be deemed invalid and do not qualify for the promotion.
- F&N Enjoyment Points will be valid till 15th Jan 2024. Last date of redemption will be on 31st Jan 2024.
- Options and stocks of redemption items are based on a “first come first serve”, “while stocks last” basis.
- Each redemption must be accompanied with the original valid receipt(s). No photocopies, faded or duplicate receipts will be allowed.
- All redemptions are deemed final, and no exchanges of the redeemed item will be allowed.

- This Promotion is open to all citizens and permanent residents living in Singapore. Traders, distributors, retailers and online retailers purchasing in bulk for commercial purposes e.g., resale or export, are strictly not eligible for participation in this Promotion.
- F&N FOODS PTE LTD may, without prior notice, (1) replace a redemption item with another item; and (2) terminate this promotion and amend the promotion mechanics and these terms.
- All warranties and representations of the redeemed items are excluded to the extent not prohibited by law. Also, it cannot be exchanged and is non-refundable.
- F&N FOODS PTE LTD’ s decision on all matters relating to this promotion is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
- To extent permitted by law, F&N FOODS PTE LTD will not be responsible or liable for any loss, injury, death, claim or damage suffered by any person arising out of or in connection with this promotion and redemption items, and each participant of this promotion and any person acting on his/her behalf shall release completely and indemnify F&N FOODS PTE LTD from any claims, losses, damages, costs or expenses incurred in connection therewith.

- The terms of this promotion are governed by Singapore law, and each participant shall submit to exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
