Danone Specialized Nutrition (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (“Danone“) is organising the following promotion: with every $15 nett purchase of Danone Participating Products (“Qualifying Purchases“) in a single receipt, 1 chance to win prizes. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below (“Terms and Conditions”).

  1. The draw prizes are as follows: Apple iPhone 14 Pro 256GB (worth $1,819) x 1, 3D2N Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa Deluxe Pool View Room (worth $1,260) x 1, SMEG Drip Filter Coffee Machine (worth $318) x 1, $30 FairPrice voucher x 20

 

  1. Promotion period starts on 15 April 2023 and ends on 12 May 2023 (“Promotion Period”).

 

  1. Purchases of the Participating Products from participating retailers MUST be made in a SINGLE receipt with a minimum of $15 nett purchase in order to be entitled for 1 draw chance. No combination of receipts will be allowed. For every $15 purchase amount in One (1) receipt = one (1) chance of Draw; $50 purchase amount in One (1) receipt = (3) chances of Draw.

 

  1. The promotion is limited to one (1) draw prize per customer per draw chance.
  2. All redemption items are not transferable or exchangeable for cash or any other item.

 

  1. Products sold in this promotion are strictly non-refundable & non-returnable. Draw chances will be voided immediately if any refunds are made.

 

  1. How to participate in the draw: WhatsApp the FULL and CLEAR receipt picture to 9779 0606 in the following format: DANONE<space>NAME<space>RECEIPT NUMBER<space>NRIC LAST 3 DIGIT WITH ALPHABET. Submission of receipts to be completed before 12 May 2023, 23:59.

 

  1. Customers must retain their original receipt and a clear photo of their complete receipt. In the event if the original receipt has faded off and the winner is unable to produce the clear photo of the receipt, customer participation will be disqualified.

 

  1. Draw will be conducted on 15 May 2023 by Letrain Events & Marketing Pte Ltd at 2 Havelock Road, #03-01 Havelock II, Singapore 059763 at 2pm. Any audience/public are allowed to view.

 

  1. Winners will be contacted via the mobile number (that used during receipt submission during the promotion period) from 16 May 2023 – 31 May 2023. In the event that winners do not pick up the call, Letrain Events & Marketing Pte Ltd will try for a maximum of 3 times between (16 May 2023 – 25 May 2023) before a new winner will be drawn again. Should Danone fail to reach the new winner after calling maximum of 3 times, Danone shall reserve the right to channel the prizes to another Danone promotion.

 

  1. Redemption letters will be issued to winners for collection of draw prize at Letrain Events & Marketing Pte Ltd @ 2 Havelock Road, #03-01 Havelock II, Singapore 059763 from 16 – 31 May 2023.

 

  1. This Promotion is open to anyone residing in Singapore, except the employees of Danone Specialized Nutrition and their immediate families. No traders allowed.

 

  1. It is your responsibility to ensure that all applicable Terms and Conditions are met in order to qualify for the Promotion. No calls will be made by Danone or its agencies to inform you of any disqualification.

 

  1. Danone reserves the rights to substitute the Draw Prizes with other items of similar value at its discretion, vary the terms of this Promotion or terminate this Promotion with notice via FairPrice Online or any other viable method. You shall not make any claim or compensation from Danone Specialized Nutrition for any losses which may be incurred.

 

  1.
