TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions shall apply to the 100PLUS x 7-Eleven “Win a SAMSUNG GALAXY WATCH5 PRO” promotion (“the Promotion”).
The Promotion comprises of a LUCKY DRAW (“the Mechanic”), where participants must purchase 2 bottles of any 100PLUS 500ml products (imported by F&N Singapore) in a single
receipt to stand a chance to win a Samsung Galaxy Watch5 Pro (“the Prize”) by the end of the Promotion period, where a total of 5 winners will be selected.
Please read the terms carefully if you are interested in participating.
1. ELIGIBILITY
1.1 The Promotion is open to Singaporean citizens, permanent residents and holders of valid employment passes or work permits, residing in Singapore.
1.2 Employees (and their immediate families) of F&N Global Marketing Pte Ltd (“the Company”), F&N Foods Pte Ltd, their advertising and design agencies, distributors and promotional partners are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
1.3 There shall be no limit to the number of entries that each participant may submit but each winning participant shall only be entitled to one prize from the Lucky Draw. For the avoidance of doubt, there shall not be more than one winner for each mobile phone number.
2. DETAILS OF THE PROMOTION:
2.1 The qualifying period of the Promotion is from 15th Feb 2023 to 14th Mar 2023. Valid receipts mustbe submitted by 14th Mar 2023 in order to qualify for the Lucky Draw.
2.2 To qualify, participants need to purchase 2 bottles of any 100PLUS 500ml products in a single receipt between 15th Feb 2023 to 14th Mar 2023 and SMS to 8822 6088 in the following format: “100PLUS7E<space>NAME <space>RECEIPT NUMBER” to stand a chance to win the Prize. A confirmation message will be sent upon successful submission.
2.3 Each valid single receipt entitles you to one entry for the draw. Multiple entries are allowed. Original receipt of the purchase must be retained for proof, with a hardcopy of the receipt to be presented upon redemption of prize at the redemption centre.

3. LUCKY DRAW DETAILS
3.1 The final draw will be conducted on 17th Mar 2023 and winners will be notified by 24th Mar 2023.
3.2 The draw will be conducted through an appointed agency (Letrain Events and Marketing Pte Ltd) by the organizer, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this promotion. No further correspondence or appeals to the organizer will be entertained.
3.3 Winners will be notified via their contact number by the appointed agency. Verified winner list will be announced onwww.fnnfoods/whatson/ by 7th Apr 2023.
3.4 Verified winners will receive a redemption letter by post or e-notification with Prize redemption details. Prizes must be claimed in person by 31st May 2023. Failure to produce the required documents for identification may result in the participant being disqualified and any prizes won shall be forfeited, withheld or withdrawn. Any prizes not claimed after the stipulated Redemption period will be forfeited.
4. ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS REGARDING THE ENTIRE PROMOTION
4.1 The Company reserves the right to refuse redemption for any ineligible, excluded or disqualified receipts.
4.2 Personal data of Participants will be collected as the Company deems fit. The Company shall reserve the rights to utilize the names and particulars of the participants for its own internal usage.
4.3 The Company’s decision on all matters relating to the redemption process shall be final and binding. The Company shall not be obliged to enter into any correspondence concerning the Promotion.
4.4 The Company reserves the right to disclose, publish and/or use the name and any other particulars of the Participants (including any still photography or videography or recordings in other media/formats of the Winner’s appearance, likeness, poses, voice or statements) for promotional, publicity and other purposes in connection with the Promotion as the Company deems fit. Each Participant irrevocably and unconditionally consents to such disclosure, publication and/or usage, and agrees to co-operate with the Company and participate in the activities organized by the Company for aforesaid purposes.
4.5 The Company reserves the right to withdraw, discontinue or terminate the Promotion at any time at its absolute discretion, without notice or liability to any person.
4.6 The Company, its related corporations and/or employees shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising in connection with the Promotion, including without limitation, any illegible entry forms, error in computing, any computer system or equipment breakdown, electronic malfunction or any notice which is misdirected or lost in the post.
4.7 The Company reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to exclude/disqualify any person from participating in the Promotion without any obligation to furnish any notice and/or reason.
4.8 The Company reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions as it deems fit.
4.9 All redeemed Prizes are non-transferable, not exchangeable for cash, credit or any other item and shall be subject to such terms and conditions which the Company and/or the relevant vendor, merchant or supplier of the goods or services may at its/their sole and absolute discretion impose. The Winner agrees to abide by those terms and conditions.
4.10 The Company may, in its sole and absolute discretion, vary, modify, exchange or substitute any Prize or any term or particulars of any Prize (including brand, type, model and duration) without liability to furnish any reason and/or notice to any person.
4.11 The Company and/or the relevant vendor, merchant or supplier of the goods or services shall determine the color, style, any fittings, fixtures, packaging, accessories and/or form of the Prizes, as appropriate. The Winner shall accept the Prize “as is” and the Company shall be under no obligation to entertain any request by the Winner to change any aspect of the Prize. The Company makes no representation or warranty whatsoever as to the quality or fitness for purpose or any other implied terms and conditions with respect to the Prize awarded in the Promotion, and the Company shall not be held liable for any loss, cost or damage to any person resulting or arising from the Promotion or the Prize or the use of it.
5. AMENDMENTS
The Company reserves the right to vary, delete or add to these terms and conditions at any time in its absolute discretion without notice or liability to the participants of the Promotion or any other person.
6. DECISION OF COMPANY IS FINAL
The Company’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion or the interpretation or implementation of these terms and conditions and the selection of Winners shall be final and binding on all participants. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the Promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
7. THIRD PARTY RIGHTS
A person who is not a Participant or a party to the Promotion has no right to enforce any provision of these terms and conditions.
8. GOVERNING LAW
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore.
